Turret 6/FO

Peltier-driven temperature-controlled 6-position turret sample changer for use with fiber optic spectrometers
Product Overview

Use fiber optic cables to connect a source and spectrometer detectors to the Turret 6/FO. Control the temperature and measure absorbance or fluorescence of up to 6 samples at once. The Turret 6/AP provides rapid, precise temperature control from over a wide range of temperatures. Three optical ports around each cuvette permit absorbance measurements as well as fluorescence at 90 degrees. Precise, stepper-motor-driven magnetic stirring under in each cuvette ensures that each sample in the turret is studied under nearly identical conditions. Purge dry gas through secondary plastic shroud around the turret to prevent condensation build-up at low temperatures. The Turret 6/FO is frequently used for spectroscopy demonstrations.
