t2 Sport/Cary60
Peltier-driven temperature control for the Cary 60 (or Cary 50) UV/Vis SpectrophotometerThe t2 Sport/Cary60 is an inexpensive, compact, temperature-controlled cuvette holder. Use it for temperature ranges of about -15 °C to 110 °C. It is ideal for most biological studies, either to observe absorbance spectra at precisely maintained temperatures, or for temperature ramping, to observe how absorbance changes with temperature. To mount, remove the existing cuvette holder from the Cary 60 (or Cary 50) and replace it with the qX2/Cary60. Utilities may be routed through a small panel in the back of the spectrophotometer. Operate the TC 1/Single Temperature Controller using the menu button or control via program T-App. Use an ADL program for temperature ramping with WinUV ADL Shell software.
