qX2x2/PE365
Dual, air-cooled, Peltier-control for the Perkin Elmer LAMBDA 365 UV/Vis SpectrophotometerThe qX2x2/PE365 is a pair of cuvette holders providing independent Peltier temperature control for both the sample and reference cuvettes in the Perkin Elmer LAMBDA 365 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer. The qX2x2/PE365 replaces the sample tray of the spectrophotometer. It is mounted on a base plate and has utilities brought to the front panel for convenient access. Use the qX2x2/PE365 to set and maintain precise sample temperatures and stir at steady reproducible rates, while bathing the cuvettes in a controlled gaseous environment. Although dependent on rapid, precise Peltier technology, no circulating water is required for normal operation from 0 °C to 110 °C. Purchase the low temperature option, consisting of a windowed vest and capability for liquid cooling, and operate the qX2x2/PE365 from 0 °C down to -30°C. Purchase the extended temperature option to extend operation above 110 °C to 150 °C. Control the qX2x2/ PE365, using the TC 1B/Dual Temperature Controller included in the purchase price. For additional control and temperature monitoring, use Quantum Northwest’s computer control software, T-App, available for purchase.
