For cuvette holders that will be mounted in new spectrometers from PTI, Horiba, Shimadzu, Applied Photophysics, ISS, Picoquant, Varian, Olis, or Edinburgh Instruments, please contact the spectrometer manufacturer. They will be best able to provide you with a complete package, including software control.
If trying to confirm your order, please email your purchase order that includes your billing address, shipping address, shipping preference, and due date matching our lead time to orders@qnw.com. For all repairs and service, please submit a form through our after-sales support or email service@qnw.com. Be sure to include the serial number along with a description of your problem.
Terms of payment are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be made as a direct wire transfer or as a check in US dollars drawn on a bank in the United States. We also accept Visa and MasterCard with a 3% surcharge. All shipments are photographed prior to boxing and include a packing slip that is dual-verified. You have (10) days after receipt of your order to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items to not incur charges.
