Luma 40/Univ Bases

The Luma 40/Univ and Luma 40/Univ-short are temperature-controlled cuvette holders of universal styles that may be used in more than one spectrometer. With four optical ports, each may be used for either absorbance or fluorescence measurements. To mount one in a particular spectrometer, it is necessary to have the base and mounting hardware specific to that spectrometer. Because the Luma 40/Univ is taller than the Luma 40/Univ/short, it will fit into fewer different spectrometers, but it is less expensive to manufacture and is generally the preferred option. Three standard base options are listed here for the Univ and two for the Univ-Short. If you have interest in putting either holder in a different spectrometer, please ask. We are likely to be able to accommodate your needs.
